Intermittent problem - getting worse!

Are you running with PM maximised?  Try reducing the size.

Which version of Windows is this?  I've not seen anything like this before.

Hi!

I'm hoping someone can help me here - I've been using Pegasus for years and have no wish to change that, but I'm having a really strange and intermittent problem:

Every so often, clicking on ANY button on the "New mail folder" top toolbar (and today on any button on an open message toolbar - ie: Reply, Copy, Forward, Move, Delete etc) results in the program being unable to do anything else.

It doesn't freeze - but clicking on anything else gives me a speaker tone, almost as if there was an active alert message that I had to click "ok" or "cancel" on before I could go further - but I don't think that's the case as I've tested the possibility by making windows really tiny etc, and no alert came up.

The only way I can use Pegasus after that is by ctr-alt-delete and killing the process and restarting - losing any half written messages in the process. Which isn't ideal.

This started happening a few days ago after I edited an identity and added a new one.
I'm running Pegasus 4.4.1 on Windows XP Pro.

REALLY hoping someone can help me before I have to resort to using something else in desperation :(

Regards,

Meryl

You may have a child window that's outside the dimensions of the main window. Use Window / Tile to see them all.

It's definitely that - I get "system cannot continue because it is waiting for a response for you"

However, tiling windows doesn't fix it, neither does just hitting "enter' ... I'm seriously lost as to how to get this window back into focus!
