In messages list windows (NOT in particular messages windows), an option not to display Reply and Forward button.

 

Because it is assumed that the user will prefer to view the message first before replying to it or forwarding it, and only in less frequent occasions he will reply to or forward a message without opening it. This will elegantly simplify the menu.

 

The same logic applies to the Print button presently.

The message list buttons are the same when you use Pegasus in Preview Mode. In that situation, one can read the message without opening it and the Reply and Forward buttons are well placed and required.
