Hello,

My old system crashed, but I have been able to read at least the files from two partitions. I have been able to copy the pegasus mail directory but when I want to start PM I have been asked fpr my username. I installed PM 5 Years ago. I dont know which username I used at that time. Is there some way to get my username back. I need some of my e-mails.

greetings

Sounds like the drive letter and path to the mailboxes has been changed.  Use pconfig.exe from the program directory and reset the HOME and NEW mail directory path to match the current location of the mail directories.  For example, if the current location is d:\pmail\mail\admin and it's set to c:\pmail\mail\~8 then it's going to be looking to the wrong drive and assume it does not have a username when none is actually required.
