If there is an html version of the message, Bearhtml will display/print it correctly. Use the "V" button to change view from plain text to html formatting.

For a long time (several versions of Pegasus), I've been getting the error message "Max MCU exceeded in Jpeg read" when trying to view a jpg attachment. If I save it and view it with MS Windows Picture and Fax Viewer (or other image apps), there are no problems. The file I just checked is an RGB True Color (24 bit). I couldn't find a definition for MCU. This a bug/restriction/known problem? btw - the image is rendered ok with Outlook Express & Thunderbird.
"Max MCU exceeded in Jpeg read"This is the TER from SubSystems choking on a bad JPG. It's not as flexible as many (most?) JPG readers to having bad headers in the file. That said, I've not seen this error in quite some time. What version of WinPMail are you running? If v4.41 you might want to try PB1 since it has an updated TER.
