Importing Email adresses

 

I have all my email adresses in a Contact Management system (ACT! 6) and I can expert data from that system i various format.

Is there a way to import NAME and EMAIL ADRESS into Pegasus in an easy way.... I have tried to find an "import option" but not really understood how to do this.

Can ACT create a tab-delimited format?  If so you should be able to go direct, otherwise you may have to export via a spreadsheet.

Open the Addressbooks, (F3) and in the 'Addressbook' drop down menu there are options to import (and export).  If you want to see what the format looks like, select some entries in a book and export as a tab-delimited file.
