Hi,

I need some explanation.

If I want to add an image using copy/paste, why is the result changed and why is the picture that I've add, the size is bigger but the quality is less?

I don't use insert picture button, I just copy from my site and paste directly into the message.

Original picture

.jpeg - 52.8kB

Sent picture

.PNG - 103kB

Thanks for all your reply ....

It's the way the copy buffer works.  You are pasting from something in memory that really does not have a file type attached so it uses the Windows default.  That's why the right click and picture options are available, to maintain the filename including the file type.

I don't use insert picture button, I just copy from my site and paste directly into the message.
