Error FF Servicing queue job

I assume you are in fact using MercuryE (if you did relay through your Internet provider's SMTP server this would not be a problem).

In MercuryE configuration there is a field called  "Identify myself as". This is what will be sent to the receiving SMTP server in the HELO/EHLO greeting. The text you have there now ("WASD Asset Track Admin") is, as pointed out by DLN, not accepted by smtp.pct.edu. They require you to use a proper host name here, which would be something like "mail.yourdomain.com".

Your domain name ("WASD Asset Track Admin") is invalid [H]

Put your FQDN in the "announce myself as" field of MercC config.

it does only on one smtp server that i use. that is all.

smtp.gmail.com <-- works okay

smtp.pct.edu <-- does not work gives the above error

smtp.gmail.com is not checking for a valid HELO string, smtp.pct.edu is.

You could contact the admin of smtp.pct.edu and ask him/her to allow invalid domain names (good luck with that) , or you could just fix your SMTP client to provide the proper name.

account (example@yahoo.com), using mercury. Is it possible to do that?

is that something google mail should look at as in looking for a valid HELO string.

how would i fix it?

I assume that you want to forward mail that is received from an external account to another external email address using Mercury/32.   You can do this with either a mail filter or with a FORWARD file in the local users new mail directory.  Since these appear to be both non-local addresses it's probably eaiser to use a 'header" filter looking for the first address with an action "Forward" to the second address.
