<p>The server responds normally to SMTP EHLO, MAIL FROM and RCPT TO. Try switching on session logging in MercuryS for a short time to see what is actually happening.</p> <p>Some things that are always good to check is disk space on the drive with Mercury (queue and scratch directories, as well as mail directories), and making sure there is no anti-virus software monitoring these directories. As usual, Windows may need to be restarted from time to time. </p> <p>The domains section can be improved a bit (but as it worked before this is presumably not the real problem): Unless in a Netware environment the host/server part is not significant so you should just have a name representing the server itself on all lines. IP address should be added ([74.79.132.182]), and perhaps the public host name of the server (mail.cfocapitalpartners.com) as well.</p> <p>/Rolf </p>
