Unable to open mail in main folder

Thank you for that. I right clicked the folder and selected folder information but there was no option to clear the cache that I could see. However I chose the Recover deleted space option from the right click menu and that appears to have fixed the problem

Cheers Richard

Whenever I try to open mail in my main folder I get the following message:

"This message contains binary or non-textual data that cannot be previewed within Pegasus Mail.

   Filename:   ÌÌÌÌÌÌÌÌÌÌÌÌÌÌÌÌÌÌÌÌÌÌÌÌÌÌÌÌÌÌÌÌÌÌÌÌÌÌÌÌÌÌÌÌÌÌÌÌÌ

You can work with this file in the message reader's 'Attachments' page"

When I open the attachments page it is completely blank

I was using Pegasus Mail 4.41 and have just installed 4.5 PB1.

I have read that if I completely clear the folders cache the problem might be fixed but can see no way of doing this. Can anyone help  me with this problem

Thanks

You clear the cache of an IMAP4 folder by doing a right click on the folder and selecting  "Folder information" and then clearing the cache.
