I had been there before and there was only the Bio page. This time I waited a minute of so (I'm on slow dialup out in the counrtry) and the other tabs eventually appeared.

Help I know this might sound silly but I cannot find the answers / solutions anywhere.

1. How / where do I find my user profile page so that I can uncheck 'Enable email tracking'

2.When I vist a URL, e.g http://community.pmail.com/forums/thread/15351.aspx

I cannot find where to deselect 'Email me when someone replies...'

As a result of both of these issues I'm being inundated with message I do not need or want.

PS. I'm aware this might not be the correct forum but there do not seem to be any forums about the forums!
