Mailto not working from Firefox

Thanks Glen.

Works like a charm.  Not sure why I hadn't needed to do this before, but I've got better things to do than worry about that :-)

Cheers,

DG

Hi all,

When I click on a MailTo link in Firefox it unmaximises PM but does not open the compose window.

FF is set to use PM as default email client and PM is set to be Windows default client.

This is on a new machine running WIn XP Pro SP3. Latest FF & PM.

I installed the MAPIPM extension hoping it might help. (The MAPI works nicely from Picasa.)

Presumably something silly I am missing.  Any ideas?

TIA,

DG

In my Firefox, under Tools, Options, Applications if I scroll down to "mailto" the action is set to "Use Pegasus Mail WSENDTO Utility".  Also, in Windows Explorer if I do Tools, Folder Options, File Types and scroll down to "N/A  URL:MailTo Protocol" and click Advanced, the Open action is set to "C:\pmail\WSENDTO.EXE %1"  This is under Windows 2000, might be slightly different on XP or other.  Hope this helps!!

Thank you.  This was the last step I needed to get Pegasus working properly in Vista (well, as properly as it can until the new version comes out).  I was trying to use the main program -*duh*-.
