When you are addressing a message the entries are shown below the list of addressbooks.  I don't understand if you are seeing this area and it is empty of entries or if the area is not visible at all.  If the second, then you have the bottom window bar too high.

When I click on the message centre button in a new mail message, the window “Primary Recipients of this Message” appears.  It used to list all my address book entries automatically.  However, the “Address Book” tab now only shows the title of my single address book without any named entry details.  Clicking or highlighting this entry does nothing.  Clicking on the Recently Used tab still shows individual addresses from previous use.  When I go to the Addressing Centre via menu of toolbar button, the full address book entries are still present and can be used as normal.  Has anyone any advice as to how to get back to where my new message route to addresses will show all my address book entries automatically?

Click on the addressbook to highlight it and then try dragging the right hand side of the window further open to show the addresses.

Thanks for that but the space remains annoyingly blank with no addresses visible.

Have tried expanding the window as suggested but the problem still persists. Does anyone else have any suggestions?
