Hi all,
and thanks for this excellent email program. I use Pegasus 4.41 since several years trouble free. Only since last week I have a small but annoying problem. I tried everything as described up to knowledge database, FAQ, etc, but did not find it there. And here, sorry if it was talked about before, but I did not check all 69 pages...
Last week sending my Pegasus crashed. Maybe a Windows XP related problem, as everything froze while sending a larger email. I had no option but re-boot my computer and everything Windows XP, Pegasus works fine again, apart from this little issue on Pegasus:
I had to re-write the email again, which was no problem. But it now shows in the very bottom tool bar "1 queued". If I open "review queued mail" there is indeed a mail sitting there, but it has no headline, no send to address, no body. This email is in status "ready to send", so I can't add a senders address (or I can, but doing so and sending it does not get rid of it). Right clicking the email does not show any reaction. Deleting it it disappears from the "review queued mail" folder, but the bottom tool bar still says "1 queued". Closing and re-opening the "review queued mail" and the email is back again.
All other functions of my Pegasus seem to run as normal. But this is annoying, not only because a useless mail is displayed as "1 queued", but i.e. every time I close Pegasus mail it asks me how to handle the queued mail.
How do I get rid of it?
Thanks,
Chris
