These are error messages from MercuryS, your SMTP server, that receives the message from your mail client and other mail servers.

MercuryE is the SMTP client module that sends outgoing mail to external mail servers.

The "421 Service not available,closing channel" is because you have MercS paused.

the "553 we do not relay non local mail" is because you have not set up Authentication to allow relaying or a Connection Control exemption to allow relaying.

I am using mercuryS,MercuryE for SMTP and mercuryP,mercuryD  for POP3

i am infront of firewall and routers 

in the beginning, incoming and outgoing are works

but recently, outgoing email is doesn't work, there is an error message in mercuryE "553 we do not relay non local mail"

please i need your advice

If it is a message which MercuryE is receiving, then there's something wrong at the destination server.  Is it happening for just one domain?  Try checking the dns for that domain.

i think its happen to all domain, i have been tried to send email to my yahoo account, hotmail account and gmail account

and mercuryE can't deliver those email :-(

 is it possible coz of my ISP block port 25, so the mercuryE can't listening?
