I would like to see each item under options with a code that I could use in the disable extension. For example, I would like the signature options to be available to the users but not the the advanced settings or the default mailbox. I am using pmail but not mercury. So I don't want the users changing anything that affects the way they receive mail or send mail.
Also, it would be nice if the signature drop down that you could select say the local sig1 or the internet1 and when you selected it then it put it at the bottom of the email so the user could see it before they sent the email. I have users who forget to change their signatures when they have moved and get a new phone number or location. they do not realize that it is wrong on their internet signature.
I am still using 4.02a so these things may be available in the new ver. I'm not sure.
I have been waiting on the 5.0 ver but I guess I need to go ahead and move to the 4.41.
Thanks for listening,
Sher
