I use Window 98XP. I am a long-time happy user of Pegasus, currently using v4.31 There are two possibly linked problems which I have encountered only recently.
I receive many e-mails with embedded letterheads, logos, or text or pictures in boxes. Recently, the contents of these fail to display. I simply get a box, usually but not always in solid grey, the contents not viewable.
The possibly connected problem is that many of the e-mails I receive with embedded text or pictures, even when I can view the contents, cannot be forwarded. If I try to forward them, when I click on the send icon, Pegasus, converts these to final format, and then shuts down! I have to reopen Pegasus and delete the offending outgoing message before I can send anything else.
Any advice for me?. (Although I am reasonably computer literate, I am not great on deep technology, so I hope there is a simple solution.[8-)] Thanks, folks.
