It seems that when others get an e-mail from me and try to use the
'reply' feature, their e-mail programs (usually Outlook) show an error
in sending the reply. They usually end up sending their reply as a new
e-mail. Is this a problem with my settings?
Probably, hard to tell without seeing one of you messages. Check to make sure that you have a valid SMTP address in Tools | Options | Sending mail | Default "reply to:" address. If this is empty then the reply usually goes to the From: address as specified in Tools | Internet options | General. You can send a message to
techsupp@tstephenson.com and I can check if the addresses are correct.
