A button to save all attachments at once (saves the hassle of selecting all of them) to a folder (still requires folder selection window) AND then open that folder (saves lots of clicking through explorer) might be quite useful - it could even replace the Save+Edit button as far as I'm concerned. For many files - e.g., a bunch of pictures someone sends me - it's not editing I want, just viewing. Or renaming them after saving, or something else that I'd rather do from an explorer window than from inside the associated programme.
