Hello
I have been running PMail for ages but only 4 days ago this problem came up for the
first time. Whenever I try to send an email with an attachment making it a little
larger it stops sending after a few percent, then times out and I get the error
message below.
I am running PMail Ver. 4.41 but am reluctant to upgrade before this issue is solved.
I have WinXP.
I have not recently changed hardware.
I have not changed MPU settings (but only after the problem has come up I tried and
changed MPU settings to 1492, without success).
I have checked NVIDIA Network Controler and Checksum Offload was and is "disabled".
I have disabled the firewall for testing the issue, without success.
Changing the time-out within Pegasus only slightly changes the moment at which the
issue occurs, but same thing happens.
I have installed and tested Eudora, and it works with the same accounts and settings.
I have checked this forum and found no further hints, so every help is appreciated.
Thank you in advance for your kind assistance,
Hanno
