does autofilter work with imap folders?

Does it work at all with IMAP?

Yes and no.  You can Autofilter to a IMAP folder; the new mail filtering though does not work with the IMAP INBOX only the new mail folder.

I'm trying to use the new autofilter feature in 4.51.

I've marked a folder as autofilter folder and moved a message into it. The sender address is listed afterwards in the autofiltering folder list.

But somehow new messages are not moved from the INBOX folder to the autofilter folder.

 Does it work at all with IMAP?
