Hello I'm new here to the forum,

and

I've been having some issues while retrieving e-mails on my Mercury

Client.

Currently I'm using an account from my web server wich is

justhost, and the domain is quilate-soft dot com.

My config is like this, Ive got as

localhost or domain, my computer's ip address (192.168.0.1), and for

my internet quilate-soft dot com, all configurations are working good

because I can send and receive mails. But there's a little problem,

when I poll I see the emails that were sent to me, but still it takes

like ten to fifty minutes to get on my email clients on the lan. My

clients are configured and set on the Mercury as well.

The weird thing it's that is working

but with a big, awful delay.

Any thoughts or Ideas?

Have a look at the Received: header of one of these mails.

That should have a timestamp from each SMTP server it passes through, and you can see where the delay is.

The mail stays between my mercury (on mi server) and my lan Client (Goldmine), it is retrieved well as I assume from the internet, because I checked it via webmail.

So my best guess would be configuration problems, but I'm blank any ideas where I could start?
