Changing a default setting

Hi Sharkfin, Thanks for your help. Problem solved! eug4not

Hi Sharkfin, Thanks for your help. Problem solved! eug4not

I am running PM 4.51. The upper right-hand window has a default setting of the Date/time column width that is too narrow to display all of the characters present. This can be corrected by right-clicking the separation bars and dragging them for a wider width setting. I need to know how to make the new setting permanent. If I unload PM and then re-launch it, the old too-narrow settings reappear.

Go to Tools => Options => General settings => Basic settings, and make sure the "Save the Pegasus Mail desktop state between sessions" option is checked.

Cheers!

I have that set but I see the same behaviour as the original poster unless I resize the columns whilst the window is not maximised. Changes made whilst the folder window is maximised seem to get forgotten upon restart.
