Right-click the Copy-to-self folder in question and select Folder information. Check the filename, which has the extension .pmm, and remember it or write it down. Exit Pegasus. In a file manager, find the file whose name you've remembered or written down and move it, as well as the corresponding *.pmi file, to a temporary location, just for backup purposes in case you've moved the wrong files. If this has solved the problem, you can permanently delete the two files.
