Put a new rule before your "Always" rule so if From: is director@yourdomain "Skip next rule"

Hi,

I have this problem where by i need a copy of all non-local emails to be sent to both the users intended for and another users i have setup a filter that forwards all mail received by the users to be sent to that user but what is happening is that when that user sent mail to any of the local users then mail is being forwarded to him.

i need this to work on only non-local mail that the other users receive for a copy to be sent to that users and when that users sent out a mail to local users for him not to get back him mail.

is this possible?

Not sure if I really understand the problem but have you tried using an outbound "always" filter to do this from all mail sent off server?

What I am trying to do is for every mail that is sent for the users

with in the organization a copy of it need to be sent to the director.

What is happening is the director of the company is receiving a copy of

his mail that he sent to his staff.

I need for his copy of his mail which he sent to staff not for a copy to be forwarded to him which is currently whats happening.
