Hello,
At present html messages are displayed by my extension called Bearhtml. When it is unable to draw a graphic image it substitutes a gray box. Before we get into technical reasons for this happening, I need you to set up a file called Bearhtml.log in your NewMail directory, using something like Notepad.
Then open the message again and then look into Bearhtml.log. At the end of the file will be log messages associated with opening your html message. hopefully these will explain your problem. If a more detailed info is required you will need to update Bearhtml.ini and change the line Loglevel= to LogLevel=5 to get the most detailed tracking. Then shutdown/restart Pegasus Mail and try to display again. I would like to see your Bearhtml.log and if possible the message causing the problem. Send them to irelam@telus.net
Thanks,
Martin
