when printing emails graphics don't always print

Just one final thing on this thread. Bearhtml printing does have a Preview mode, that is described in the Bear help file.  This will allow you to see what is going to be printed before wasting unnecessary paper etc. To enable preview mode, add a line in Bearhtml.ini that says:  Preview=yes

I have had a problem with Pegasus a long time, my workaround has been taking a screenshot then printing that.

 

Many emails with pictures (like order receipts with barcodes) are viewable fine, but when printed the graphics don't show up at all.

 

Is there a setting I am missing?

Many emails with pictures (like order receipts with barcodes) are viewable fine, but when printed the graphics don't show up at all.

How are you printing?  Are you using the CTRL+P to print from BearHTML or the simple P to print from the TER.  If you do not print using bearHTML then you'll not see the graphics.

I've not heard of this before and it seems quite important. However, as Ctrl+P is the standard across most programs, I'd probably end up getting the BearHTML one, myself.

However, which version is used if you select the Print... option on the File menu? I think that should be set to use BearHTML - if it isn't already.

OOPS!  It's CTRL+SHIFT+P to printer from BearHTML.

Printing

Ahh that works MUCH MUCH BETTER (CTRL+SHIFT+P)....I have been using this program and BearHTML since release.  I never knew about the special print command and just accepted the graphics missing (not a big deal usually).

However now I have been doing a lot of buying online to do a pickup in store and the barcode never prints on my pickup slips.

Now they are!
