I have a Yahoo account that I don't use, but I just checked it to see if Yahoo has an address book import facility, which they have and which you can use to import *.CSV, *.LDIF and *.VCF files. Before you do that, you will have to convert your Pegasus address books into one these formats, which I believe you can do using a program called Dawn, which is an address book converter. Good luck!
