MDI window sizes on different screens

That's a bit of a pain but I'll try it out bye-n-bye when I have a few vacuous moments inbetween emails. Thanks for the tip.

I run Pegasus on two different computers, accessing the same set of mailboxes etc...

However, the screens on each computer are different sizes and aspect ratio.

I was under the impression that if you use a different pmail.ini file (in conjunction with the -Y command line switch) e.g. normalscreen.ini and widescreen.ini, one should be able to have different sizes and positions for open folder windows. For the second computer, I copied the original pmail.ini file, renamed it, configured the command line, and made all the changes.

This however does not seem to be happening. Am I pointing at the wrong files? Or is there another switch? Or does this just not work for the MDI windows?

I found I also needed to have separate copies of the STATE.PMJ file.  This holds further details of window sizes and positioning (among other stuff).  It can't be specified on the command line, so it's best to run from a script that does a rename (or similar) before and after calling the program.
