Hello,

I found two bugs when replying messages in Turkish special characters. The problem occurs until I uncheck preserve original html format. Please watch the video.

The other bug is after cancelling a reply, it shows a blue arrow that shows the selected message has been replied.

For the issue with Turkish characters, are you sure that the correct MIME character set is selected in your options? There may be an issue with BearHTML but I couldn't speak to that.

As for your second point about replies that get cancelled, this is a bug which has been around for a while and bothers me more than it should. However, you can workaround it by selecting the message, pressing F12 and then unchecking the box labelled "has been replied to".

Bearhtml is not involved in creating replies. so firstly, you need to

a) identify what charset was used by the original author.

b) Check in your Pegasus mail menu Tools/Options/Advanced  default Mime charset

If a) is not the same as b) you may well have problems.

Solution, change your charset value b) to be same as a), and try reply again.

Hope that helps
