With Thunderbird as client I can delete e-mail but can't set the properties from a message like the Urgent type
On a site about 5 users use the same mailbox with the protocol MAPI.
When 2 or more users are accessing the mail box the F12 Key is not working and deleting from e-mail is not possible.
When trying to delete a e-mail the e-mail is removed from the users screen but a few moments later the e-mail appears again.
When a single user is accessing the mailbox the key F12 is working and is able to set the wanted parameters.
Also it is then possible to delete e-mails permanent.
Is there a way to avoid that the F12 key will not work with all users logged-in?

I guess you mean IMAP, not MAPI?

If you are meaning multiple user connecting to an IMAP mailbox, then the answer is most likely no. Most IMAP servers will not allow purging deleted messages with more than 1 client connected.
