Deleting ""Recent search results" folders

Here's what I think with my limited experience..

'Delete on exit' option won't delete search results which were done before choosing that option, but will delete searches which you do after taking that option.

So you'll have to delete old results manually.

'Delete on exit' option won't delete search results folder itself, but you can delete it by hitting the 'Delete' button above folder list - keyboards delete button wont do the trick.

Atleast that's how it works for me.

Sorry to bother you folks, but could someone tell me how to delete the "Recent search results" folders?

Empty the folders and then delete them. You can set Pegasus to delete the search results automatically on closing: Tools | Options | Folder behaviours and check Default setting for Search Result folder is 'Delete on exit'. This setting will not delete the search result folders themselves, but you can do that manually on restarting Pegasus.

Cheers!

Must be careful of the flag - Deleting a Link from a Link Folder deletes original

Options Menu

Incoming mail | Folder behaviours

Second last checkbox.

Mmmmmm... Tried that, but with no avail. :-(

I hope I did understand you, so to be sure here is the workflow I've used:

* doubleclick at the Search result folder I want to delete to open it;

* delete whole content of the folder;

* close the now empty folder;

* hit "Del" button at the name of the folder;

* Ermmmm.... nothing happens??

Is it me or is it Peg?

Note: I also did => "Tools | Options | Folder behaviours and check Default setting for Search Result folder is 'Delete on exit'"

The search results are still there... So, could this mean that this setting don't work?

Even closed Peg en restarted. No changes in behaviour.

(Using W7 64 bit version)
