No, I think the default clean install now puts the roam command in there. Pretty sure it's in the help files or the what's new or something.

After years and years of loyal service, my Pegasus stopped sending emails today. I got message "A network error occured during connection to the host." AND  << No trace information available >>

I can send emails OK, and have not changed any network configurations, these should be OK. I uppraged to the latest version 4.52, but the problem persists. Any ideas where to look for solutions ? Below is my Pegasus Mail Information:

If you're not running Pmail from a USB stick, then I think this commandline should be empty. Did you select the roam option when you upgraded to 4.52? Hope this helps.
