Giles, Try this: copy the selection made in Word, go to Pegasus Mail - New Message, click Right in the message and select 'Paste special...'. Make the choice you want. Succes.

<p>If I highlight some text, for example a customer's name and address of an invoice, which is a Word document, and then paste it into a new outgoing message in Pegasus, the lines come out all run together. </p><p> J Smith</p><p>23 Acacia Avenue</p><p>London</p><p>NW3 1AA</p><p>The above is how it looks in Word.
