Yes, it shows what I wanted to see about install and locations. I don't anything that strikes me as unusual unless there could possibly be some problem with:

UAC activated avoid installing Pegasus Mail v4.52 in %program files%
directory as the location of mail storage and configuration settings
interferes with the new MS UAC protection schemes."
as seen on the v4.52 System Requirements page.
I just got our first Win7 machine to experiment with and have not yet begun to install WinPMail or operate it personally just yet. I may have to borrow another one or buy another one<G> as daughter won't let me have it yet!
I have not seen anything so far or Win7 related to WinPMail that would explain symptoms such as you reported. It seems, to me, to be a simple matter of having copied your existing message folders or new mail messages from old machine to new machine and nothing to explain "now you see it, now you don't" type behavior. I would have expected all files were either marked read only or none were after reinstall or copy.
