I am afraid you will have to wait. There is currently no program access to the foldering system within Pegasus Mail. But all is not lost. The new mailstore is coming soon, and it seems to offer more control to the user for folders.

I have been trying to solve a problem with PMAIL, you can see in thread:

It seems that the only way to do this is that someone write an extension. I can not program, so I am looking for someone who can do it. All the details are in the thread, I have no idea if it's easy or complicated.

If someone is interested pls let me know the fees
