I just downloaded Pegasus today and installed in on Windows 7. When I attempt to launch, I get a brief logo flash and then nothing. I have rebooted with no improvement. I searched the forums for the word "launch" and saw nothing applicable to my situation.

Try again with the install and use the default of c:\pmail for the program directory.

Thanks. That solved it....sort of. At least I was able to launch the program and determine it won't meet my needs.
