 ...Please, don't get me wrong: the signature's text is wrapped not only in the signature editor window (which is also the case in OutLook), but in the e-mail message itself. The latter is a problem.

Hello all,

It seems that Pegasus Mail does not allow to create plain text signatures exceeding a width of 59 symbols, which number is quite strange a limit. Any longer line gets wrapped. 

Is it intended? 

(Using Pegasus Mail 4.51)
