And the email address of such an identity can be changed at Tools => Internet options => General. After doing so you can select the identity (and thereby email address) in the email editor (either on the Special tab or the Message tab depending on you selection of Add identity selector at Tools => Options => Messages and replies - or on the main toolbar or in the Reply or Forward dialogs.

Hi, new to the forum and PM. I have several user accounts set up support@ourdomain.com etc. When we get ready to send emails from one pc how does each user choose her email address to send the email from? We're leaving Outlook for PM and everything is new to us.

I'm not sure I understand: You can set up different users (provided you chose the multi-user setup on installation) as well as different identities for a single user in Pegasus Mail, each one with their individual email address, check the respective help entries in Pegasus Mail's help file (menu Help => Help index => Identities keyword). The email address can be changed on Tools => Internet options for each identity after selecting it.

does each user have his/her own login on the PC, or is there a single login for the PC?  if the former, then setup different users, if the latter setup different identities

Hi guys, sorry for such a long delay in replying to you and I certainly appreciate you and thank you for your responses. I'm just now getting back to this issue with PM.
I have an email account set up for different identities in our business to keep things seperated and not so confusing. I have noreply, support, customercare, etc.
We're having problems choosing different identities to send out emails from any given email address.
Every time we pick an identity it sends it on the default and not the one we need to use.
We've used OX for years and it was just a matter of picking the identity in a drop down but we're having problems getting this done in PM and PM is what we want to use now.

When creating a new identity, the new identity is based on the default one, including all general and internet settings. However, you can change any setting for each identity to suit your requirements. Hope this helps.
