Betreft: Email cannot be moved nor deleted.
The subject says it all, really. I have received an email and it just sits there. I cannot move it to another folder nor delete it.
I have never had another in nine years of using Pegasus.
Any suggestions? Many thanks.

The message isn't locked? Select the message, push the F12 key and look to 'Is marked read-only (cannot be deleted)'.
