pmail does not open

My problem is similar to the msg by rafi on 6\22\2010. This all started with trying to send a too large msg.

After the program failed to open I tried moving the mailbox to a new location. That did not help.

Then I upgraded to 4.52. This did not help.

Then I installed pmail in a new folder. Pmail now opens with a default mailbox. When I try to open with the old mailbox, the program crashes every time. I tried moving the mailbox within the program and with mbxmaint.

  I could not find the new mail folder in windows explorer to remove cnm files as recommended and I can't get the mailbox open with pmail. I did not find any recent cnm files but I moved about 8 files anyway.
