Doesn't make a difference at least on my machine: I have it disabled ever since without the menu entries showing up greyed ...

After working quite well since Spamhalter was instituted it has ceased being active.   The number of spam emails is now rather large.  When I right click on an email message and select Spamhalter classification the options are greyed out ie not active.  I can't find any selections under the Tool pull down menu to turn it back on.  I think it may have ceased working when I updated to v 4.52 but I'm not certain about that.

Any assistance in getting Spamhalter back working will be greatly appreciated.

This happens if Pegasus Mail can't find WI_SPH.DLL in its program directory (the one containing WINPM-32.EXE, see Help => About Pegasus Mail => Info => WINPMAIL.EXE directory). Why it would be this way (or why Pegasus Mail can't load the library) is beyond my knowledge with the current details provided.

 I had not understood that Spamhalter is a separate add in program.  I'll download the current version and install it.

No, it is included, the question is what happend to your installation causing Pegasus Mail to not find or load it - but I can't answer this question without you doing the research on it.
