Goto to Tools => Internet options => Receiving and check your POP3 settings, adjust them according to your provider's instructions (especially with respect to authentication and security settings). If you have no clue what's going wrong you may need to create session logs which can be enabled on the dialog's General page, please read the associated help for detailed instructions. Please remove personal data (like user name and password) if posting logs here!
