Hi guys

I have no idea how do i copy the filling tray and all it's content to other computer.

Let me describe.

I have many Filling Trays inside which there are 100's of Message Folders.

Let me be more precise.

I have Filling Tray with Name "Confidential Stufss" Inside which There are 109 Message Folders.

Now how do i copy Confindential Stuffs and all it's sub contents to Other Computer. One cheap resolution is to copy the whole mail storing folder copy it to other machine and delete the unwanted one and other time consuming resolution would be to get folder information of each and every Message Folder (*.PMM) and copy only those messages.

I hope somebody would show me a way to come over this challenge

Thanks in advance

kalu

You can use the "Find text" command to look for something common in one of the folders in the tray and then use the option "Search the current folder and all of the folders at the same level" to get all of the messages into a single search folder.  Once all of the messages are in the search folder then you have a number of options.  You can either forward them all to the other mail system or attach the PMail mailbox and copy them to a folder in the other system.  You can also save them all to a drive.

Personally though I would simply copy all of the *.PMM/*.PMR files to the other system if this were copying between PMail systems.
