strange error message

Since the change has been at their end, talk with your provider about this (Heart?).  If it continues, they should be able to give you an authorised method of sending mail using SSL/TLS which should avoid this.

After I send some emails I always receive this message

I think the messages are being sent so what does the error message mean and how can I cure it.  I my provider recently changed servers and I had to change my settings. Have I blundered somewhere.

XBL sounds like a blacklist, 192.168.1.2 like a local (Intranet) IP-address - if that helps in any way.
