How Do I Change From Three-Pane to Single-Pane Display?

When I first started using Pegasus a decade ago, it came with directions for how to change from the Outlook-style three pane display to a single-pane display.  Having installed a much newer version on my laptop computer, I can't locate the directions.  Can anyone refresh my memory on this, or tell me which file(s) I need to copy from my desktop, which has the single-pane display, to my laptop to change the display?

It's the button above the list of folders - 'List' or 'Preview' toggles between the two views.
