If you add a mailbox, it comes with a new mail folder, which also behaves like a new mail folder, which involves a small impracticality. I've placed the added mailbox in My dropbox, an online backup and file synchronisation service that I use as an alternative to my USB memory stick. I've configured Pmail to save all mail worth keeping (including copies to self) in a mail folder in the added mailbox. On minimising Pmail, the Pegasus icon in the system tray keeps flapping its wings, notifying me of new mail, even though there is none (which I can avoid if I pause long enough before minimising the program but that's a bit of a nuisance). So I've created another, *real* mail folder in the added mailbox to work around this. My question is: can I get rid of the new mail folder? (Needless to say, simply attempting to delete it doesn't work.)
Edit: I'll also settle for hiding the new mail folder from the folder list :-)
Cheers!
