MercuryE will continue to try to send a message until the maximum number of retries specified in Core configuration / Mail queue has been reached. 10060 appears to be a Windows socket error indicating a timeout. Try increasing the MercuryE timeout value considerably (to for instance 300 secs), and make sure your Internet provider hasn't started blocking outgoing SMTP traffic.

It was working fine for awhile till one day I tried to send an email to one of my teachers, it said sent in my mail client, but in the MercuryE it kept giving me

 20:48:40.390: Connect to 'X.X.X.X', timeout 60.

20:49:01.390: >> 421 Cannot connect to SMTP server X.X.X.X (X.X.X.X:465), connect error 10060<cr><lf>

20:49:01.390: << EHLO smtp.purity.com<cr><lf>

 And it would loop that forever until I shut it down, delete everything in  QUEUE then restart, How do I fix this?
