Auto polling and junk mail V4.52 Win Xp SP3

Hi Steffan

Will do. Thank you.

I have recently set up auto polling of my pop3 server. I find that any new mail is being downloaded to the Junk or suspicious mail folder. This means I do not get a new mail flag (flapping wings) presumably because there is nothing in the New mail folder. How should I direct all mail to the New mail folder? Delete the Junk mail folder perhaps? Or is there a more elegant solution?

Looks like Spamhalter (Tools | Spam and content controls | Spamhalter...) is active. You could consider turning Spamhalter off if your provider has an effective spam filter in place. If not, you could try 'training' Spamhalter.

Cheers!
