Putting mail back in the queue

Thanks, Rolf, that fixed it.

Added the glue headers and blank line, renamed to .101

Shortly after dropping into the QUEUE folder, Mercury picked it up and created the .QDF/.QCF pair, then it went.

I'm running Mercury 4.72 on Windows XP, with Spamhalter but not Clamwall. I have a general rule which forwards mail sent a particular address to three other addresses.

Spamhalter has flagged some false positives to the this address and my global rules have diverted them to the spam bucket before they hit the general rule. I would like to feed the false positives back into the queue (having whitelisted them) so that they are forwarded as intended. I've copied the .CNM files into the QUEUE folder, but they stay there. I've tried restarting Mercury, and I've tried renaming them to .QDF. What am I doing wrong?

Thanks

 Chris

You need a valid .QDF/.QCF pair. Have a look at this post:
