<p><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Tahoma, Arial, Helvetica; "><span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space:pre"> </span>I have problems forwarding some emails I receive.  My Norton Anti-Virus rejects it by giving "Error 500 5.7.1 Your Email is not using the proper character set.  Please correct this (try setting your mail <span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space:pre"> </span>program to use plain text) and resend"  Is this a problem with Pegasus, Norton or my ISP? </span></p><p>I suspect the problem is that you are using the wrong character set for the characters in the message and your ISP is telling you to fix it.</p><p> </p>
